It’s good to be home again after a a terrific tour when I had so many opportunities to meet and talk to people.  Thanks so much to everyone who turned up at the events in Byron Bay, Brisbane, Tamworth, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, and special thanks to all the people who organised the events, the books, the food wherever we went.  Poor Louise, my publicist, got very sick towards the end of the tour but she’s a lot better now.  She was in charge of the camera so now she is back on deck we’ll  be able to post some pictures of the tour very soon.

Meanwhile we had a great evening  in Fremantle yesterday, a terrific crowd turned up and I’m very grateful to Dianne Ling and the library staff (in the picture above), for organising it all.

I’ll be at Armadale Library next Wednesday evening May 4th at 6.30, and the City of Perth Library in the Law Chambers on Thursday 5th 12.30-1.30pm.

And I’m really looking forward to a trip down to Busselton, to speak at the Busselton Hall, on Thursday 12th May 7pm.  Call  Debbie at Barefoot Books on 08 9751 2011 if you want to come along.

Then on to Margaret River for the Readers and Writers Festival.  You can download the program here:
